FINAL NOTES: Emmet is a LEGO person but surprisingly no one in the movie ever uses the word "LEGO" (not even Finn and his father) so I believe it can be assumed he does not know this brand name. He knows he is not human but he is still a person and sees his world as something both a part of the "real world" and set apart from it. It's a complicated relationship.
